This page details the terms of purchase for all of our courses, as well as information about delivery of purchases and our refund policy.
Terms of Purchase and Use
Purchases of all online courses provided by Prestige Business Training are subject to the following conditions:
- The name of the student is to be provided on purchase, and it is in this name which the course will be registered. This name will also be printed onto the certificate issued on successful completion of the course.
- You are not permitted to share your access details to your purchased course, print and distribute content or otherwise share the course content through any means or method to third parties
- All course purchases are valid for 12 months.
Delivery of Purchases
Upon successful purchase of a course, Prestige Business Training will send you a username and password with which you can access your online learning materials through the Ivy Learning Management System. We strive to provide these details within 3-5 working days.
Please note that you will not be able to access the online learning system without these details, and that your user account details for this website (www.prestigebusinesstraining.co.uk) can not be used to access the Ivy Learning Management System.
Prestige Business Training accept no responsibility for any delays in receipt of login details for the Ivy Learning Management System caused by technical problems in receiving emails from us.
Refund Policy
Because of the nature of our product it is not our policy to refund for elearning courses once a Username and Password to the course is issued. In exceptional circumstances however we do provide a \'goodwill\' refund.
If you require a refund please contact enquiries@prestigebusinesstraining.co.uk stating the reasons for the refund.
